Washington, DC U Street on a dim lit night

This image I call City Lights. It was taken on a perfectly dim lit night at Washington, DC’s U Street. To capture the motions I used a high ISO (1600), a shutter speed of .5 seconds, and an f stop of 29. The traffic lights came out enlarged, like stars almost while the building lights remained prominently in place. The best part of this image for me was the sweeping appearance of the car lights. With cars flowing in both directions the actual car vanished behind the front end and back end lights on both sides. This shot was a practice shot but one that gave me a very happy outcome.
